I have worked closely with Pronto for over 20 years. Through these years they have managed to keep my commercial kitchens up and running so we can feed patients. Their technicians are both skilled and personable; particularly Angelo, Steve and Frank. These technicians are the most dedicated and committed I have ever seen. They make us a priority when we call and communicate thoroughly any and all issues. They do their best to keep costs down understanding my hospital has limited funding. Pronto by far is the most honest and reliable commercial kitchen repair company I have ever worked with.

Where do I begin, being in the Culinary business for over 30 years I have seen my share of repair companies. Pronto has by far been the most reliable, professional and knowledgeable company. Pronto has not only saved us money with their preventive care package but they beyond the scoop of my expectations. Pronto Repairs lives up to their name. Quickly and without delay. The service technicians may that from management team to front line staff are all so dedicated and professional. They are committed to provide their customers all their best so their customers will have the best cared equipment to provide services. During COVID it has been most challenging time for all services. The repair services been especially greatly impacted because they have to deal with supplies chain delay in parts. BUT for Pronto regardless of shortage or supplies chains concerns they ensured they do not pass this onto their customers!! We have been using Pronto at our hospital account for many years, they always provide excellent service. We had a freezer emergency yesterday and Angelo came same day to make the repair. He was very professional and provided great service. Would definitely recommend Pronto for your repair needs!

Professional and top-notch technicians. Shout out to Steve, Frank and the rest of the staff for their expertise in repairing and maintaining all of our equipment. Our kitchen runs 15 plus hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year and our equipment takes a beating. If it wasn't for Pronto's dependable service, I don't know how we would manage.
