We had a great experience working with Tri-State Carpet. We were looking for a stair runner and visited their showroom to explore options. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through a variety of carpets, and even let us take a swatch home to help with the decision. Once we chose, Jeff and his team ordered the runner and it arrived within just a few days. Installation was quick and professional — the team had it done in about two hours — and the final result looks fantastic. They also provided helpful cleaning instructions, which we really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent and we’re so happy with how everything turned out.
