First Class Mechanical

The crew from First Class was experienced and very professional on the installation of our new Rheem propane furnace, heat pump, and steam humidifier. The guys had the whole system installed in under 2 days! They took the time to show how the system operated and also took the time to show us how the new thermostat operated which was pretty in depth. The guys also made sure, before they left the first day that we had some source of heat! Our family has been doing business with First Class for about 15 years and we would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again First Class for getting us back up and running before winter!

First class mechanical is top notch. They turned a horrible situation around in record time. Saving myself and my tenants a huge amount of hardship and headache. They responded to the emergency of a water main break at one of my rentals the same day, with an impending snow storm. They were back out to work, with permits within 4 days and my property had water again after just 6 days, in the middle of a snow storm.

I had to have First Class Mechanical out for emergency service 2/8/2026 in relation to no water in my home. The technicians Pablo and Owen were able to get to my residence within an hour. They troubleshot and found that the cable to the well pump had failed. They were going to replace it but reported that the well pump was 15 years old and while it was working, could reach end of life any day. They were able to discount replacing the cable to the pump if I also opted into replacing the pump as well, which I did. They were done within three hours of arriving at my home. Pablo and Owen were incredibly respectful of my home, my time and my family. On Saturday, January 24th, my boiler stopped working right as freezing temperatures and snow were on the way. I had been planing to switch HVAC companies in the spring, but the situation forced me to look immediately. I found First Class Mechanical and remembered their support for Shepherd's Staff, so I decided to call. A technician arrived quickly and was extremely polite and professional. I have an old home with a dirt basement - not the kind of space many people are eager to work in - but he had absolutely no attitude and treated everything with respect and professionalism. He diagnosed the issue right away, but the part needed wouldn't arrive for several days. Even as a brand-new customer calling with an emergency, they waived the emergency fee and only charged their regular rate

Good customer service and response time. Technician was able to come the next day to repair my condensation pump and Luke was efficient and clean. He was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend using First Class Mechanical for any HVAC repair needs.
