First In Counters

Worst experience ever!! They had to redo my countertops because they didn't use a level. Left pieces of wood sticking out from between my countertops and cabinets, they also broke pieces and stuck them back together and caulked cracks. I keep finding mistakes 8 months later. They also put a scratch in my brand new refrigerator door and tried to say it was like that. A month after calling and complaining they finally replaced the door. The whole experience was a nightmare. There are other places to get countertops from and I wish I would have used someone else!!

I have been doing business with First In Counters for a little over 5 years now totaling over $700,000 in countertops they have installed for us. I have been very happy with the customer service and installation I have received . I have used other stone suppliers in the past and will say that FIC has the best installers around. Mark stands behind his work and I would recommend FIC to anyone looking to update their home with new countertops.

this company has been a nightmare from day 1. When they installed it the countertops were beautiful. then sevferal months later they becamse stained and dull. I was told I needed to make sure I keep a sealer on it. they came back to "fix it and sanded on the spot and left. Totally ruined the entire surface. I have been told for a year and a half they do not have my color and that the granite that I ordered was too fragile for everyday use? I needed to switch to a darkl color to prevent marks from glasses set on it. He then tried to replace my Kitchen bar with a Leather finish piece used mainly outdoors. Back and for and almost 2 years later I am seeking legal action. He has messed up several houses in our area and I am sure will not be back working in the area. I used Just Tops

Gene was our sales person and our contact throughout the process of getting our old counter tops out, and new ones put in. Gene gave excellent recommendations and was professional and courteous throughout the process. The crew who came to install were a great group of guys and did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend First In Counters to all of my family and friends based on my experience.
