I found Saul on facebook several years back. His prices appeared "to good to be true." But they were true! And Saul truly is the best flooring guy we've ever used. I've built close to 10 houses with him since we met. He is very professional. The work looks tremendous. His guys are polite. He is very accommodating with hard schedules. He is very helpful with selections. He has great material sourcing. He's done everything I've asked him to do, standard or irregular. He's always found a way to figure it out and help serve my customers. He's one of my favorite trades.

Raul and team did an amazing job on our red oak hardwoods. They sanded off the basketball court yellow stain, ripped up carpet on our stairs and living room and replaced the carpet with matching red oak. The job was amazing and created a much more cohesive look throughout our house. I confidently recommend First Innovative Flooring to anyone looking for new flooring.
