FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

My co-worker called me at 6:45am and said water was pouring out of the ceiling at the office and filling up the spaces. I remembered seeing “First Onsite” vans driving around our office. I sent him the details and headed to work just imaging how bad it could be. Too my surprise First Onsite had already been there for some time. They started sucking up the water immediately while they gained access to the water shutoff to “stop the bleeding”. It turned out so much better than it could have with them involved. The entire time the crew was extremely polite and courteous. Communication was top notch. I’ll be saving their contact info in my phone for sure. Make First Onsite your first call!

First onsite is the most unreliable company to work with. They did some work on my water heater in December 2023, at that time they moved my washer without my knowledge and caused my entire laundry room to flood. Now I am facing similar issues and their response was that they no longer have a contract with my condo and that I am calling about something they fixed 3 years ago. They are obviously living in the future and want to take no accountability for their job, I am so glad my building does not have a contract with them and hope this reviews makes every other person and condo think twice before dealing with this scam company. super irresponsible, I have my apartment without walls in several places, they scheduled a repair on a Tuesday at a specific time and did not do it, I lost my day's work, then they scheduled another day and another time and did not come the day and time scheduled. i would never hire these people super unpunctual and also with attitude. i have small children it seems dangerous to leave a job incomplete for that long

First Onsite has been amazing once again! Our company has used them in the past and will continue to contact them when in need. Each team member that we have encountered is always courteous, respectful, professional, and hard working. The service they provide is more than we could ask for. Our community just had one of the best experiences with First Onsite. Shout out to Miguel and Eduardo!!! These guys are AMAZING and know what they are doing! They went above and beyond! These two are hard working, efficient, polite, informative, professional, etc...I also had the pleasure of working with Jenni and Jose. I really appreciated their professionalism, constant communication and just being there for me if I needed anything at all. Thank you all so much for making our project go so smoothly.
