We had a wonderful experience with our technician, Rinat Ganiyev. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional and courteous. He even asked if he should put booties on to protect my floors, which I really appreciated. He spent a significant amount of time carefully diagnosing and fixing our dishwasher, making sure everything that needed to be replaced was properly taken care of. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. On top of that, he was very personable and easy to talk to — just a genuinely likable professional. We’re very grateful for his excellent service and would highly recommend him.
