Exterior window cleaning may seem simple, but when the initial pass was not done to their satisfaction, they scheduled a second trip with additional equipment (no additional cost to customer) to ensure the end product was spotless! I highly recommend them.

Really awful experience. They said they were done but windows had smudges and haze. They use a water wand of some sort outside instead of a squeegee to "wash" the windows. They apologize for crappy job and you get to inspect the work which is not good. They then say they will do it again and you get to be the inspector of every window. Why don't they inspect their own work? Time sink and then call the office and they start making excuses and send folks back and offer to credit a bit for lousy job. The whole experience was terrible and windows still need cleaning after paying almost $1000 dollars. AVOID.

Absolutely horrible company. Unprofessional - cannot believe they are in business. I had Fish window cleaners come out to clean windows and they were dripping the soapy water all over the hardwood floors and sofas. When I explained to the guy that water should not be dripping on the sofa and is there a plastic cover he could use, he laughed and said, "Chill, it's no big deal". While they were there, I called the "owner" and she was the rudest person ever. They left the job and their cheap truck leaked oil all over the driveway. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Call East Coast Window Company - they are professional and have excellent customer service!
