Fish Window Cleaning

Fish Window Cleaning is a company that will have a repeat customer for life! The guys were kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They offered a service that I didn't know was available and walked through the house making sure I was satisfied with the job they did. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with our windows and our view. Excellent service!

Communication is key…they don’t do it well. I had an appointment, they didn’t show…no call. I called, left a message…no response. I sent an email…no response. I sent an inquiry from their website website…no response. Apparently my business isn’t worth their time. UPDATE 6/18: After posting my review I was contacted by the manager who profusely apologized for the lack of communication and for not having us on the schedule as we had agreed upon. They put me on the schedule today and showed up right on time. They did a beautiful job.

Nothing good to say, poor customer service, only completed 1/2 of the job, poor communication, and no professionalism. I would not use them again and considering my own experience with this company I am surprised they are still open.
