Fitch Electric

The service was five stars but I just want to comment on your credit card requirement notification email. It's wording is kind of hostile, threatening, and un-friendly. It made me feel like you think I am some sort of scamster. You might want to consider a more friendly wording, and perhaps waiving it for repeat customers whom you trust.

I had my Generac serviced with Fitch Electric on 2/05/2025 per my annual maintenance contract, but today (12/02/2025) because the unit had an error code (1505) that halted its weekly exercise it doesn't appear to have been serviced completely back in 2/2025. Today (12/02/2025) the tech not only replaced the battery with enough corrosion at the terminals that it appeared it was at least 2 years old, and changed the oil because (somehow) there was enough condensation-water in the oil that it had a "milky" appearance. I am very satisfied with today's (12/02/2025) tech work to get my Generac active and had shown me his corrective actions.

Our home had a persistent and tricky electrical issue, flickering lights, voltage imbalance, and random surges, lights/appliances burning out. We tried another electrician who couldn’t solve it and even upgraded our sub-panel without fixing the problem. PG&E confirmed the main panel was fine, but the issue still lingered. Then we called Fitch Electric. Cameron patiently reproduced the issue and checked every switchboard until he found a hidden bad neutral connection. That was the real cause, and he fixed it perfectly. Lucas, the owner, was also great to work with. He was responsive, professional, and reassuring. Fantastic service and real expertise. Highly recommend Fitch Electric!

Fitch Electric in particular Santiago was incredible. We needed a 120V upgraded to a 240V for an induction range. Called on Monday, they did the work on Wednesday. Wiring thru rafters and fire block, capped a now unused gas line, very professional, very polite, very careful with aesthetics of the job. A truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended! 4 months later, second experience with Fitch and Santiago. This time we needed an assortment of gfis and switches replaced, inside and out. Fitch and Santiago both still awesome. Another 5 stars!

Fitch electric was great! They answered my call and schedule the appointment immediately. The tech Cameron was professional, showed up on time and set up my car charger. He also assisted me in rerouting my doorbell wire and ring camera. Would recommend Fitch Electric- 5 stars. Thanks guys!
