We are completely satisfied with our roof project with Integrity Roofing. We got 5 quotes and Integrity was among the lowest and also the most thorough. The tear-off crew got the whole old roof off in a couple hours and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Eddie, or project manager, checked in routinely. We were all surprised by how much rotten wood was underneath. We hadn't anticipated any. But their crew handled it in stride and got all the repairs made within a day; 15 sheets of new plywood! The extra cost was extremely reasonable. They also found that one of our skylights was broken. We were not aware. Integrity Roofing Systems was excellent from start to finish. They took a thoughtful, diagnostic approach to a tile roof leak, avoided unnecessary scope, and clearly explained what needed to be repaired versus maintained. They did find additional hidden issues once tiles were removed, but handled it exactly the way you’d hope — transparent communication and very fair pricing. No pressure, no upsell, just honest work. Would 100% recommend Integrity Roofing Systems for their craftsmanship, communication and making the process of getting my roof replaced and skylights installed very easy. They did a terrific job installing my roof in 2023. There were areas of flashing corners that needed detailed attention and they executed flawlessly. For skylights, they helped me take care of the order and getting the right size skylight. They only do the outside install of the skylight so my contractor who was doing the inside was also there to help out on the day of install to coordinate some of the details.
