Quality Windows & Doors

We have a craftsman house that is over a hundred years old and we desperately needed new windows to help maintain the temperature in our home. We also needed sound proof windows for some parts of the house and a privacy window for our bathroom. The windows turned out beautiful and the team who installed the windows were amazing; and they were comfortable around our Labrador. We had Quality Windows and Doors replace 3 exterior doors (French and sliding style) as well as 21 windows (sliding and picture - all new constructuon style). I liked that I could see their products at their show room and they took my situation and preferences into consideration in order to help me decide on the best products. Installation was done very professionally and quickly. For the windows, there was hardly any disruption to the interior of my house - no new trim or paint needed. I was very happy with the entire process.

I had Quality Windows repair five windows in my house. Before contacting them, I had consulted two other contractors, both of whom told me the windows needed to be completely replaced, quoting between $7,000–$8,000. One even mentioned that scaffolding might be required for the installation, which would add extra cost. However, Jorge at Quality Windows inspected my windows and assured me that they were still in good condition — all they needed were new window balancers. He ordered the parts and completed the installation for less than $500. Thank you, Quality Windows, for saving my existing windows and for being willing to take on small jobs!

My patio door had become difficult to open and close, so I knew it was time for a repair. Quality Windows & Doors sent someone over right away, and they diagnosed the problem quickly. They replaced the rollers and adjusted the track, making my door glide smoothly once again. What impressed me most was how clean and organized they were – no mess left behind! Great service and communication from start to finish. We had really old, falling apart exterior and patio doors and the new doors have made a huge difference.
