UPDATE: We heard back from Five Star the next day and Frank & Jose came out within the week. They were very nice, answered all of my questions, were thorough with their work and took care of everything. I've update my review to 4 stars because of the experience with them. Im giving a one star review at this point because after our roof replacement, we've had warping and shingles falling off all over our roof (mainly below windows and gutters) - within 3 years of installation. My husband reached out on August 29th and since then has had multiple phone calls, text messages with a representative stating that someone would be out soon, or that he was coordinating with someone to come out. We had our roof replaced during the shutdown, before the derecho, due to hail damage. The initial installation went smoothly, and we were happy with the work, staff, and company at the time. However, nearly six years later, the same area that leaked last year, and that they supposedly repaired, is leaking again. Unfortunately, they are now not returning any of our phone calls. Even if a company is busy, a simple return call shouldn’t be too much to expect, especially when the roof is backed by a 50‑year warranty. Good communication and follow‑through are essential, and right now, that’s what’s missing. Some where I left a 5 star review, if I could find that, I'd knock it down just for the lack of responsiveness and responsibility.

Enjoyed greatly working with Phil in getting a quote. We were under a tight time window in wanting to get the roof done before solar installation and appreciated the honesty of when and what they could get done for us. Installation day was amazing. Crew tore off and replaced in less than 4 hours with cleanup. Had small incident as was a little windy that day so some debris damaged a screen but they quickly addressed that issue fairly. Highly recommend them for roofing needs.

Five Star Home Improvement replaced our roof, gutters, and siding as a result of a hail storm this spring. They use quality materials, and we could not be more pleased with the results! They are very professional, and I know you won't regret using them!
