Tech was able to come despite some pretty terrible weather. The office kept me updated throughout the process. The tech was timely, super polite/professional and proceeded to work tirelessly. I got the services from Krueger's Carpet Care to clean a wool rug that my pets had damaged, and I honestly didn't expect it to come out clean at all. The rug was a gift from a family member, so it was more than just a "routine cleaning". They did an excellent job, and my rug now looks spotless.
