We had a home inspected by this company prior to purchasing it in April 2025. The left photo was included in the inspection report with no mention of the evident water damage to the ceiling/wall. The bathroom was marked satisfactory with no notes about the walls. I asked when the inspector was here if that was water damage and he said it was normal wall cracking for a house this age. Turns out it was a major roof leak. We have gotten it repaired twice and we actually need to have the chimney redone or removed. This is a 20-30K fix that we are unable to complete. If we’d known this up front it would have deterred us from buying the house. There were other major issues with this house and in the past year we have probably had to make 50K in repairs. We are public servants and the roof leak
