I highly recommend Five Star Power Systems. It's so rare to find excellent customer service like they provide. They did a great job installing a tankless hot water heater at my Annapolis condo last year. I reached out to them today - over a year later - asking if they could send me my receipt. They sent it within minutes! Thank you Five Star.

I can not say enough about Five Star Power Systems. They are as professional as they come. I had a new AC unit installed as well as all new duct work. They did an outstanding job by far. I honestly do not have a single complaint and I am not easily pleased. I myself have been in the trades for over twenty plus years and I know what to look for in a contractor. Just for starters, as soon as they entered the house they made sure drop cloths were laid down to protect the floors, as well as taking all the necessary steps to ensure quality was there top priority. I would highly recommend Five Star Power Systems for anyone's HVAC needs. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I have truly never had a better experience with any service provider ever. After another company overcharged me, messed with my settings, and tried to scam me, Ken came a total of three times to debug my HVAC system and get it up and running. I also no longer live at the property and he managed to save me another hour+ trip up by doing a repeat visit on the same day. In the end, the total cost for all three visits ended up being less than the scammers had charged me to replace a fuse and mess up my system. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

From old water heater and boiler replacements to mini split installation and maintenance, Five Star has consistently delivered excellent and prompt service with kind and knowledgeable technicians. Professional and exceptionally trustworthy people. I have used them on four separate occasions, and each time they reliably came through with a sound, timely diagnosis and a professional repair. On two occasions, they advised the particular matter may be one of two scenarios…a simpler solution or a more complex/expensive solution. They prepared for both, ordered parts for both scenarios, and in both situations miraculously it was the cheaper simpler solution. They have earned not just my business but my respect and trust.
