I had a major fire in my home in November 2023, following which I hired Five Valleys to handle the clean-up and reconstruction. They were pivotal in helping me obtain a fair settlement from the insurance company which I would have not been able to do by myself. Mark SanSouci was a strong, knowledgeable, and persistent advocate for me during that process. James Sherrill was the project manager; his communication and follow-up skills were excellent. He dealt with contractors and vendors with skill and determination. He was also very helpful in making suggestions regarding the rebuild. Price was about half of every other place I checked for residential carpet cleaning. Had 3 bedrooms, stairs, hallway, & family room serviced. I was able to get an appointment quickly & the company called me back within an hour after submitting my online request. Ben did a fantastic job & is a super nice guy. Very happy with the service. Plan on using Five Valley again the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

Five Valleys is hands-down the best in the business. Abel and his crew helped us navigate a home flood last year and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. They are responsive, caring, and thorough. We are so pleased with the results and would recommend the Five Valleys team to anyone in a heartbeat!

Outstanding! Scheduling was easy and Great communication between the time we signed up for the appointment and when they came out.Ben called to let us know he was on his way about a half an hour before.
