We experienced a sewer line back-up/ clog. We were referred to 5 Star plumbing and they sent two people out the right away. They immediately went to work to find the cause and clean out each line in the house and sink line in the garage. Their maintenance and repair team were exceptional and very professional in all respects. 0 out of 5 stars The technicians were courteous and professional in their communication, which I appreciated. However, for a $100 diagnostic visit that lasted only 15-20 minutes, I expected far more. I have water leaking from my primary shower that has traveled through the wall causing damage to multiple closets. Not a single diagnostic test was performed, including something as basic as plugging the drain to test the shower pan. I was left with no answers and no direction on next steps. For the price and the severity of the issue, this visit fell well short of expectations.

Our tankless gas heater's condenser drain froze, and Jeffery and Carter came out and got us taken care of. Great experience from call in to fix. Five-star and their staff have been excellent both times I have worked with them.

Both techs Mike and I can’t remember the other guy name Sorry. Great job and very thorough. Would highly recommend again.
