Our deck stairs were rotting, from the sprinkler water hitting them for a long time. We called Noel for an estimate. He came promptly and gave us a fair price. We didn’t realize just how fair, until he did the work. Noel worked relentlessly in the hot sun, until he finished. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work. It turn out beautifully.
