My husband and I have come off two years of a nightmare experience with a contractor which has left us with an unfinished renovation, wasted funds and so much aggravation. Working with Michael has been a breath of fresh air. After our experience I vowed to work with only local Miami Shores contractors. Michael is kind, fair, accommodating and really easy to work with. About Michael Grant I had 3 estimates on the just the front of our 2 buildings. Just because we in Bay Harbor every estimate is based on idea that we have deep pockets. Not Mr. Grant he came in with the price from the other 2. His work was excellent front of both buildings look incredible. Personal note he is a straight foward truthful give him a chance you will not regret.

Michael and his team just finished painting my commercial building that I am the property manager for and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome!
