Supreme Appliance Repair of Miami Shores - Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator & Oven Repair

I scheduled a service appointment through Frigidaire for two documented issues with my electric range: a cracked glass top and abnormally high heat on the bottom-right burner. Frigidaire confirmed they were aware of both issues at the time of scheduling. The technician dispatched was affiliated with Gator Appliance Repair, Inc. When he arrived, my mother explained that she does not speak English and that there were two problems with the stove. Instead of contacting me during the visit, the technician left and called me afterward. When I attempted to clarify that the burner temperature also needed to be checked. He stated , incorrectly, that a second ticket number was required. Frigidaire later confirmed this was not true and that the technician’s information was inaccurate. After hanging
