He was thorough and clearly discussed the service options. Fortunately, the difficulties with my washer were easily fixed and the repair price reflected that. Alex came to repair our dishwasher and a leaking refrigerator on the same day. Excellent service. He fixed both of them. About two weeks later there was water on the kitchen floor again. I sent a text to Alex at 7:15 pm. He responded within 2 minutes and then he called me. He just finished a service call and said that he could be here in 10 minutes. I did not expect that quick of service. He showed up when he said. He looks professional and he uses boot covers before he enters the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Showing me videos where it was leaking from. It was the filter o rings. So I ordered the replacement filter. He showed me how to install it and where to look for the leak.
