Piotr Urbanowicz performed a bathtub refinishing at my home in Oct. 2022. Shortly after, some of the refinishing began to peel up (we carefully followed all bathtub care instructions so this is due to the material and/or workmanship). I called Piotr beginning in early Aug. 2024 to discuss this as he provides a 2 year warranty on this service. During the first phone call, Piotr said he was on vacation, but would look into it and send someone out to evaluate the following week. Since then, he seems to be ignoring me. I have called, texted, and left voicemails on numerous occasions and I can't get in touch or a return call/text back from him. I have no idea why he is ignoring me (I must assume he does not want to honor his own service warranty and is ignoring me until the 2 year deadline pass
