Filex and his team did an excellent job on my mobile home remodel. They replaced all the exterior siding, replaced front and back decks and railings, full exterior paint, built a shed, interior closet update and bathroom paint. Not only was the work done well, they showed up every day as promised, worked a full day every day and informed me daily about the progress. If he ran into an issue, he was quick to talk with me about solutions and considerate of my budget. My picky neighbors loved them because they cleaned up everything at the end of the day and were quick to respond if there was a question or concern. One of their trucks was tailgating me on my way to drop kids at school and flashing their brights as we approached a red light. Then after taking a right turn, got in the left lane and continued to go 50 in a 35 (speed box showed the mph) past the school where kids were just showing up. I called the main line and the person who answered informed me that they have 20 trucks and it was impossible to know which one it was.

I got Felix as a recommendation from my realtor. Felix was a pleasure to work with, he was friendly, fast and his prices were reasonable. However, the work was not perfect, the cabinet handles were installed very crooked. some flooring things weren't done initially and i had some poor experience with the bookkeeper, his wife when i asked about it. My realtor noticed this very clearly as well. Luckily the buyer didnt notice the flaw during the walk through when I had my house listed on the market. The negative experience was dealing with his wife, shes the one who handles the accounts. I refused to pay part of the balance because what was stated in my contract, clearly written was not done.
