Customer Reviews
I got three quotes from different places to replace my furnace and AC. Fleet has the approach you are looking for - they won't try to upsell you, and will tell you exactly what you need, and no more. Very fair pricing comparatively. The team that did our installation were all courteous guys who were led by a very knowledgeable technician.
Amazing people! #1 trusted HVAC shop in Reno. Techs are super knowledgeable; office staff could not be kinder and more accommodating. Techs are well paid and no commission. So if there is an issue, it's an honest one, and they'll get you back up and running.
Sometimes it’s really hard dealing with this company, sometimes it’s great. When you talk to Reggie she’s on it 100% of the time honest friendly and reliable. When you talk to the other younger girl sometimes she’s rude and cuts you off and it feels like she doesn’t actually care about her clients. Some techs are great, super efficient, others have a bad attitude and bang things around and steal your keys. The pricing is what it is and it’s worth it to get your AC back.
What can I say?!?!? I had the absolute best experience ever. From the first phone call to get an estimate for installation of an air conditioner to the very last minute of writing them a check they were amazing. Scott, Garrett, and David were the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable people in their field. I'd recommend these guys to my grandmother that's how much I loved this company!
Technician Jad J. Fricke from Fleet Heating & Air Conditioning, was contracted by Toll Brothers to fix the HVAC in my house. He improperly installed the drain pan during his initial visit, resulting in water accumulation that triggered the HVAC system to shut down. He also broke the drainage pipe and displaced the HVAC unit, requiring emergency repairs (by professionals from other company). On December 6, Mr. Fricke returned but began disassembling the electrical panel unnecessarily and admitted, “Maybe I made a mistake, but our boss doesn’t punish us for mistakes.” He failed to address the chipped pipe and left, not explaining what he had done to HVAC or the pipe. His actions reflect incompetence, intentional negligence to potentially to generate further service requests.
