Fleetwood Garage (Propark)

Minimal changes yet the price gets higher and higher, While one might expect substantial enhancements for such an increase, the only visible changes are the addition of mats on the stairs and a fresh coat of paint over the former handicapped spaces. The mats on the stairs do provide a marginal improvement in safety and comfort, but they are hardly a substantial upgrade, and painting over handicap spaces to make more regular spaces is a basic maintenance task rather than an enhancement that justifies higher fees. At this point it all seems like a money grab and is terrible reflection on Pro-park and makes the once appealing building at 42 Broad, look sad and desperate

I am extremely disappointed with the constant fee increases at this parking lot. It seems like every few months, the cost goes up, and it feels like they are taking advantage of their customers. The service and facilities have not improved to justify these hikes. It’s frustrating and unfair. I would recommend finding alternative parking options if you can. I have been living in the adjoining building and in less than a year they have increased the monthly fee 4 times. They take advantage of those living in the building. It started at 175$ monthly now we are getting increased to 250$.

As others have mentioned, prices just keep going up and up and up. This garage seems to increase their monthly parking rate every few months! At this point, I'm seriously considering just cancelling my monthly membership and parking elsewhere. This place has its location going for it, and 24/hr access, but that's not enough to justify the price increases that are occuring every few months. If you're looking to park for a monthly fee, consider looking elsewhere.

Great location (right off of Cross Country Parkway). You can enter the garage from ALL three directions--Broad St, Fleetwood Ave, and Grand St--and exit out of Broad & Grand. The entrance from Fleetwood Ave is also the residents' entrance for 42 Broad. Cameras at the gates do a fairly good job of automatically reading your license plate when you have the monthly pass. Visitors, oversized vehicles, and delivery trucks park on the 1st floor. Handicapped and EV charging stations on the 2nd. 4th is the rooftop and exposed to the elements. Management has really been on top of things when it comes to the continued development of the lot: repainting lanes, fixing broken doors to the elevator, removal of abandoned vehicles. Fairly spacious with spots available at all hours as of February 2024.

Overall this is a great garage. There is short term and long term parking. It’s in a nice neighborhood, staff are personable
