Working with Fleming to do our home renovation was wonderful! Christine was a saint and worked with me for months to find the right countertop, and the results were so much better than we hoped for. We went with stunning quartzite in our kitchen and it is simply perfect! My dad who was our contractor was also impressed how perfect every seam was where the countertops were joined together. We also got a marble countertop for our bathroom that is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We had a sizing issue with the vanity top at first (not their fault) and the Fleming crew was quick to fix it. We are so thankful for all they did for us!

Extremely disappointed in my experience with Fleming. They came out and measured for a quartz vanity top but did not measure correctly (even though they were reminded several times to check the sink width). When they came back a week later to install the sinks would not fit. We were given two options: cut our brand new vanity base to fit the larger sinks and get a small discount or pay full price for a similar piece of quartz. We were not allowed to have the same quartz as initially chosen because that would require them to cut into a full slab and “we didn’t agree on full slab price”. We opted to keep the quartz they measured incorrectly for and cut our vanity to make it work. It is hard to find a company in this day and age that has such a professional skill set along with a friendly office staff. We decided to upgrade our existing granite countertops after 20 years of use. We met with Sally to discuss options, color and texture, she was extremely helpful in choosing a granite that would work with our cabinets and make our kitchen looked updated. The template and installation crews are great. Nick who did the template was very professional, friendly and precise. He discussed all the details regarding the installation and since we were installing a granite backsplash, worked out all the small details that makes it look seamless. Had a great start with the Fleming team. Sallie helped pick the right tile, the crew building the template was excellent and we felt the crew doing the install was very good. Unfortunately. a week after installation the dishwasher rolled out from under the counter. We called for help and we’re told they were surprised the install team had not secured the dishwasher as they always do that. So they sent a shop mechanic out with a brace (which he had never worked with) and could he not figure out how to use it. Followed up 3 weeks later asking what they intended to do and was told they could not help us and to call a plumber. Wishing I had delayed payment. Great start, but not a great finish So sad

We had our Kitchen counters and backsplash, the whole process was great, we shopped all the local competition, all were close in their quotes but we went with Fleming because of thier quality of work and they did not disappoint it looks great.I would use them again and recommend them.The backsplash was full granite and looks great. The staff was easy to work with and all of them were very knowledgeable There were minor complications with the sink and they bent over backwards to correct it. Our project was completed in May 2018 and still loos great!!!
