Sewer backed up in the basement at 2 entry points. Called Groff’s because Logan was so good the last time about 2 yrs ago, after a neighbor recommended them. It was an odd scenario bc of the age of the home/development. Logan and Bill were determined to get to the bottom of it, and Justin was assisting also. Had good expertise, communication and attitudes throughout plus quality work outside in the deep cold. Thank you!

***TONY IS AMAZING!*** Called Groff's to have someone come out and service our oil boiler in our new home. Having never dealt with oil before, I had very little understanding of the boiler itself and the maintenance required. That being said, I wanted to learn system. Tony took the time to walk me through everything he was doing (what each part was, the function of said part, and why he was doing it). He was extremely nice, helpful and thorough. You can absolutely tell he cares for his customers. I have WAY more of an understand of how everything functions and what to look out for. 10 out of 10 service and I would definitely recommend Groff's (especially if you get Tony). Thank you so much!

Scheduling accommodated our request to do the install by date. Estimate was simple and gave insight as someone new to hearing systems with clarifications via email correspondence. We weren’t rushed to make a decision. Installer was great & dealt professionally with some of the inconveniences we had. Installation took about 8AM- 2/3PM. But so far, so good with the Lennox model. Great price for us and cheaper with competitor!

Groff’s Plumbing provided excellent service. Bill was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the process. We had our sump pump replaced with a newer Zoeller model, and the installation was handled with care and professionalism. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and I appreciate the quality of their work. I would confidently recommend Groff’s to anyone in need of reliable plumbing service.

Groff's did a great job remodeling our bathtub into a walk-in shower. I brought in three local firms for quotes and Groff's came in mid-pack for the price but had the best materials and ideas. When we had a small problem six months later, one call took care of it. Great company!
