The Spa & Pool Place

This place is such an amazing place. The team inside the store is kind and respectful and will answer all your questions if you have any. Mary is very friendly and also fair and realistic 1 of the backbones that hold this place together. On-site prep is good too, Josh is very professional and polite while getting your pool ready for the season. The owner Troy is also a very caring person as well and will listen to any concerns that you may have. Bottom line is i would hands down recommend this place to any of my friends or family that have pools or in need 1. Thank you guys so much absolutely the best pool place in this area.

I have been going The Spa & Pool Place for 15 plus years and they have walked me through pool ownership. I buy my chemicals and have my water tested there and they replaced my pool liner 5 years ago. They are a joy to deal with and I will not use anyone else for my pool needs. They are affordable and are very customer friendly.

I’ve been going into the Spa and Pool Place ever since I was a little kid with my dad, everyone there is always so nice and willing to help no matter the issue. The service team has always gone above and beyond whether it’s something little or big. All around they have a great team, wish I could give 10 stars!

I enjoy the people working there... they are either pleasant or joyful, but none are angry and depressing. There's a price tag that is higher than the internet, but they test my water for free as often as I take it there. Makes it convenient to pick up the chemicals you need to keep the water crystal clear. I prefer this to others in the area. Only issue is the access, which can be a little tricky at times.

John installed our pool in fall 2017 and was awesome to work with. He was very flexible with the design of our pool. His staff is very knowledgeable and We're helpful with making decisions concerning our pool. Great Job!
