Flick's Kitchen & Bath

Just had my second business dealing with Flick's. Ed was so easy to deal with the first time so I had him redo my fiancee kitchen. I was not surprised that it came out absolutely gorgeous! Ed is the easiest person to deal with I have ever met. He ALWAYS had time to deal with better half's questions. The whole project was done in @3 weeks and that includes having to reorder the sink twice because shipper had damaged 2 of them in shipping. I've been reviewing businesses for close to seven years, and I give this business the best review possible.

Worst experience ever. Ordered parts 4 weeks ago, the owner Ed told us it would be in 2 weeks we called after 2 weeks he said let me call someone and see when it would be available called back said Thursday this happened 4 times and no parts. He would never answer his phone or return calls. Finally got back ahold of him said its not in would be in Friday, we were tired of the run around with this company told him to forget and we would take our business else where. Told him we put in laminate in almost weekly and we would of gave him a lot of business. So beware if you need something by a deadline this is the company to through.

I hired Flicks to do a kitchen remodel. Ed was very patient with my decision making process, answered all of my questions, revised the proposal per my requests, and gave me a reasonable price. His installers were top-notch, skilled, and gave me good advice when we ran into unforeseen issues. The electrician, plumber, and tile guy they booked were also great. I couldn't be happier.
