Flood Pro

Terrible service and zero urgency to respond. This company is a complete disaster. They came out 2 months ago when we had a ceiling leak and cut a huge hole in our ceiling without permission in one area and then could not figure out how to get to the second area where the leak was which is mind blowing because I was able to get to area with a latter. All they did was give excuses about having to go over the plan on how to address the issue with the CEO of the company and that was the same excuse given every time I called of emailed. They ultimately stopped responding and left a giant hole in our ceiling for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years which is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I believe the office persons name is Matt and he should be ashamed of how he lied to me about

I had a 30 year bathroom that needed to be completely re-done to accommodate my mother's needs.Matt and his team came in and assessed the bathroom, came up with some ideas and I came up with mine they began the work next week. They were very time efficient and the workers were very trusting, pleasant, organized, amd worked clean. I liked that if we ran into any changes they always made sure I was contacted to make sure it was OK. The bathroom turned out amazing! My mom is 80 years old and needs help sometimes. They made it so accommodating she is able to do everything herself now. The bathroom looks like an upscale hotel bathroom! I can not say enough about the amazing job Matt Puccio and his team did! I would highly recommend Flood Pros for all types of restoration work!

I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible! Flood Pro was amazing from start to finish. Communication was spot on. They finished flooring in two bedrooms and a bathroom remodel due to a leak in record time! Flood Pro was very accommodating to our families work schedule which helped take the stress out on my end. Big shout out to Paul, Chuck, Matt, Vince and all the guys. Definitely recommend them.

We have had ongoing issues with humidity and are currently in the process of having mold remediated and Flood Pro has been amazing with prompt scheduling, helpful experts who took the time to explain to me what was going on and why. I highly recommend this company!

Flood Pro did a great job for us. We had a major slab leak that essentially flooded the entire downstairs of our condo. We had to remove the kitchen cabinetry, basically all of the downstairs flooring, toilet and vanity from the downstairs powder room and the walls had to be opened up and dried out. What a mess! Our homeowners association had picked Flood Pro’s to do the remediation, but it was up to us who we were going with to put everything back together. We elected to stay with Flood Pros for the rebuilding and I am glad we did. All of the people we encountered, Matt, Paul, Allison, and others were very professional and kind and deserve shout outs! Vince and his team that did much of the renovations were wonderful as well. Hopefully we will not need their services anytime soon… But if
