Floor Advisor

We were in search of new carpeting and LVP for our home. On a whim, my husband and I decided to visit Floor Advisor. We met Bill, who was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about the various flooring options we were considering. The prices were significantly better, and the quality surpassed that of other stores we had visited for quotes. We had just had our entire house repainted, and the installers managed to leave no marks on the walls at all. They were both exceptionally friendly and efficient. If you're looking for new flooring, I wholeheartedly recommend Floor Advisor.

Bill at Floord Advisor was great! Very knowledgeable on all the flooring and extremely patient as I spent forever trying to figure out what I wanted. When I finally did l, he set up his installers to get things going. I was nervous about this whole process. Ned (the installer of our carpet and wood floors) showed up with a small crew. Ned and his crew did a fabulous job. Communication was awesome. They showed up on time and worked a full day. They cleaned up and were so very nice! Will definitely be working with these folks when we are ready to do our next flooring project!

What an experience, we thought we was doing good going to a big box store for our basement flooring. That's just it we where locked in with a few selections and to order what we really couldn't see. So we went to our local flooring store " FLOOR ADVISOR" and very glad that we did. We met Bill when we walk into the store and he gave 100% of customer service. He asked questions about what we were looking for and did just that he ADVISED us what material flooring would be best for our basement flooring. We went with a tile for our opened area and short pile for our theater room. Ned and his Crew came and installed the flooring in one day and we are so Happy that we went to Floor Advisor here in Culpeper, Virginia and it looks very good. The Floor Advisor is outstanding in service, selection and price. We recently re-carpeted 5 bedrooms and added luxury vinyl plank to our finished basement. The Floor Advisor quote was $7000 cheaper than the competitors price with higher quality products selected. Lowe’s and Home Depot do not even compare. The service installers were outstanding and fast. Only 2 days to complete all the work. I highly recommend choosing The Floor Advisor for any of your flooring needs. You won’t be disappointed.
