We had an excellent experience working with Elio at Floor Advisor Leesburg. He is knowledgeable, communicative, and has a constant “can do” attitude. We ran into a few hiccups with one of the carpet manufacturers (of no fault of Elio or Floor Advisor), who lost two rolls of carpet during delivery. This could have set us back significantly on our timeline, but Elio kept staying on top of it and worked hard to expedite another order for us. At the end, they finished everything on time and the results are beautiful — we are so happy with the carpet in our new home! The foreman Ned did a superb job with installation. We recently had new floors installed as part of our renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We have used floor advisor multiple times in the past, and there’s a reason we keep on returning. The team was punctual, professional, and extremely detail-oriented. They worked efficiently, kept the space clean, and treated our home with real care throughout the project. The craftsmanship is great; the seams, transitions, and finishing touches all look perfect. I had an overall positive experience working with Floor Advisor during the selection and installation process. The team was responsive, professional, and helpful in guiding me through my flooring options, and the installation itself was completed in a timely manner. After moving furniture back into place, however, I’ve had some concerns regarding the quality of the actual flooring. A few planks have already chipped from normal furniture movement, there are small gaps between some of the boards, and many planks appear to have noticeable color inconsistencies. Both Bob and Elio were very helpful and answered all our questions. The carpet installation team was professional, polite, and efficient. The carpet looks great.
