Fantastic experience from beginning to end with Floor Advisor (Alexandria). My husband and I stopped by the store to look at a few samples and Elsa was very knowledgable and helpful. When it came time to arrange and estimate and schedule the installation, the process couldn't have been smoother. Elsa is very prompt and detailed in her communication -- she knows exactly what the customer needs. The carpet installer (Victor) was outstanding. He was detail oriented, punctual, professional, and very respectful of our property. I let him know I would be about an hour's drive away and he gave me a heads up when the time came. My floors are beautiful, the whole Springfield crew are wonderful, Elsa , Bob Victor are the best, worked with me with understanding and patience .I am so glad I chose floor advisors over other competitors I knew exactly what I paid for, every little item was listed and priced. The other quotes were all inclusive, you didn't know what they charged for installation, reply was it is all add in. I wanted to see what I paid to have it installed. Floor Advisors were everything I was looking for.

The floor advisor team is helped us transform our house! They have a large selection of in stock materials, competitive pricing and amazing communication. The team sanded and refinished our stairs + railings and installed new LVP throughout. The LVP install went flawlessly with great attention to detail, however the railing and stair tread refinishing was more of a bare minimum service. The team did a great job color matching, but indicated that filling nail holes, and caulking were not included in their scope of work. The resulting product left wood stain on adjacent surfaces and nail holes + gaps on the stair treads. Regardless the team got the job done on time and within budget. We recently had new carpet installed in our living room and I was very pleased with the entire experience, from start to finish. At the showroom, we received product suggestions based on our needs and budget and were able to take samples home to see how they looked. The appointment for measuring and proposal was promptly scheduled and completed on time. The quote was quite reasonable and it was easy to schedule installation for a date convenient to us. The installation went smoothly and I'm very happy with the end result.

I love my carpet! I live in a 1700 square ft condo & have carpet in all main rooms. From Bob's initial measurement appointment to the final installation everything was handled professionally & customized to my needs. The installation team was amazing. They are experts! I chose a high end Shaw & had to wait a few weeks to get in in one dye batch. I highly recommend Floor advisors.
