Pablo is very conscientes, with great sense of attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked. I know that he took on projects that really had nothing to do with floor coverings, like drywall and painting, and some minor electrical repair, however he had his team addressed these issues without any problems. As you can see the flooring that I chose is so very upscale and looks awesome once it’s been installed. Pablo picked out a very nice modern baseboard which makes the whole floor pop. My husband and I used Floor Coverings International back in February of 2022 and had LVP flooring installed in our kitchen, living room, and office. In May of 2024, we had to have them come back out and repair an area that was splintering/popping up. That same area has started to pop up and splinter again. We also have about 5 other areas doing the same. It is dangerous and we have had to tape over the areas. I have called several times to speak with someone about getting repairs done with no luck. I've been told since the previous owner gone, they would have to attempt to reach out to him to cover labor costs. I have had no luck with getting anywhere and have had no follow up. I thought Floor Covering International did a great job on the floors we purchased throughout our living area. John assisted us in finding the perfect floor. Jason coordinated scheduling with our kitchen remodel and all went very smoothly, confirming beforehand and installers arriving on time. Eduardo and the installation team did an awesome job. Our floor looks seamless and every cut of floor and moldings was done to perfection. We are very pleased and happy to recommend.

The owner Jason showed up as scheduled on time with every sample that I need it to make my choice. His pricing was more than fair and he scheduled exactly how I need the schedule to be.
