HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Mold Only is truly a lifesaving company! The dangers of mold, especially to someone with respiratory issues or compromised immune systems, can be terrifying. My son has asthma and had been coughing a lot, especially at night. This was to the point of needing his inhaler. We suspected mold and called a different company for an inspection. They poked around and said we were fine. Call it mom instinct, I needed a second opinion. We ended up having our air conditioning unit FULL of black mold.
