It’s difficult finding businesses you can actually trust these days. After a good friend of mine referred me to AJ, the owner of Straight A/C, they came right out and took a look at an issue with my A/C. Unfortunately I ended up needing a whole new system. I got a couple of quotes, including from another company (that I won’t name) that ended up charging me for work that was never done in addition to a super high quote for the new system. The quote I received from AJ was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the other quotes and a better system! They took care of the install the very next day. The technicians were incredibly respectful and did a great job. Instead of trying to sell me a costly after-hours service, he patiently guided me step-by-step on what to do myself, saving me a ton of money and stress.
