We had a great experience with Alex and FCI. They were the only company (out of many) that agreed that they could do both our laminate flooring and our new carpets and keep it under our proposed budget. When the time came to do the work, they really shined! The crew were kind and professional, showing care for our possessions and our home. They removed the old flooring, including some very stubborn tile, added floorboards where needed to level everything out and then installed great looking new floors. The level of quality was evident. When they couldn't complete one of our rooms without extra seams that might have become noticeable, we were immediately notified and Alex made it right, coming back with additional material at no additional cost to us! We recently had to replace the carpet at one of our stores, and because corporate requires us to source it through their vendor, we were having difficulty finding someone willing to do the install without also selling us the carpet. I am so glad we came across FCI when we did! Axel and his team did a fantastic job. They arrived right when we were closing and worked through the night. They worked quickly and got the job done right, and I was able to get the whole front of the store back in order in time to open at 8:30 am. His crew was very pleasant and professional, and took great care in helping me move things around from section to section, as well as cleaning up the store and hauling away all the old carpeting when they were done. The team at Floor Coverings International was fantastic. My floors have been painted for 87 years. They removed all the paint and tile and revealed beautiful pine floors. I found Mr. Axel’s company on Thumbtack. I needed my floor refinished within a couple of days because my family is coming for July 4th weekend and I wanted my furniture delivered. Anyways, I messaged him on a Friday and on Saturday he was at my house at 8 am to give me a quote. I was able to finance the cost which helps tremendously in this economy. His team started working on my floors a couple days later and had everything done in 2 days!!! They were professional, efficient, and quick.
