I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your next update. This company is straight up high class! Knowledge, timeline, cleanup, and pricing of my fireplace and foyer were handled honestly and with ease. This team did a GREAT job and worked hard to finish even with some hiccups that were uncovered during the teardown. We will definitely use them for any other updates going forward. We have been very pleased with the work that Keith and Michelle have done in our house over the past 5 years. They both are very polite, hard working and honest people. Our project started out with our master bedroom renovation: wood floors laid throughout the master bedroom and bathroom and an. updated tile shower and marble countertops. We were so happy with their work that a few years later they renovated 2 more full bathrooms, tile showers and floor, a half bath and a laundry room with tile floors, marble countertop and cabinets. We highly recommend them! They did a beautiful job!!!

I also think you mean discounted bill that I had to chase you around for and email you over several days to get you to comply with state law for said damages. You were also extended the opportunity to review the insulation work and declined. I'm sure it was a million times better than your proposed solution of just having "Rusty stick [the insulation] back up there". And to clarify, you did question me, for days about it. In no world is 2 months on a 6 day project prompt. I would have been satisfied, had you not treated me or my home the way you did. We’ve had Keith install wood floor throughout our house. 2 rooms had some water damage so he came back to do the repairs. All the work was done perfectly, on time as promised and for a reasonable price. I would recommend Floor Coverings International every time!
