Elizabeth and Rachele are great to deal with. Elizabeth was at my house the day I called. Rachele arrived with the crew the day of installation and then came back when they were done to make sure I was happy. The guys were very professional, respectful and polite. My floors are absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. The installation was done in a day and about 1 week after I signed the contract. I highly recommend this company. I’m so impressed with their service.

Floor Coverings International of Toms River is THE BEST around. Elizabeth, the owner, goes above and beyond to make you happy and love your floor. We had to compliment existing tile floor that was underneath old laminate. All we had to go on was an old photo of the tile. Elizabeth matched it perfectly! I could not believe my eyes at how well it complimented my existing tile when they started installing the new laminate. Utterly amazing. The look, the feel, the color - I love it all. And if you have stairs you want to upgrade, this is the place. We had carpet on our stairs since we have owned the house and I always hated it. I had a vision of rich dark hardwood on my stairs and Elizabeth made the vision in my head a reality. I am in love with these stairs!! If you are looking for top notch

I had all of my carpeted areas replaced with wood, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Elizabeth, the owner, personally came to my home to complete the estimate. She was incredibly thorough and offered thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise and experience, which I truly appreciated. Rachel, the coordinator, kept me informed every step of the way regarding timelines and deliveries. She was present on installation day and introduced me to Evando, the installer, who was polite, professional, and extremely neat. It was clear that he took great pride in his work. Well let's start with the workmanship and floor is beautiful. Would like to say Elizabeth and partner sorry forgive me can't remember her name but yourself and her were so pleasant and very comforting to do business with both of you. Elizabeth you made us so happy trying to fit to our budget and took your time explaining and showing so many floor samples. George and I are very pleased all around including the two installers this wasn't àn easy job but there professionalism showed with the end results. They removed carpet and replaced entire house with wood. Process was extremely efficient and quality work by head installer-Evando- Arrived every day on time and worked very clean and respectful of our home. The supervisor closely monitored all work-Rachel and Elizabeth the owner very concerned with our satisfaction They placed felt pads under furniture and placed everything back in its place. I highly recommend this team for floor coverings!!!
