One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

We met with Dale when our heating system failed. He was professional and very knowledgeable, making recommendations in regards to repairing our system vs. replacing it. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each and gave us the opportunity to decide what is best. Very happy with service.

Jake was very thorough and made me feel ease about my heating situation. The ultimate professional knew exactly what he was talking about and very friendly. Was a pleasure having Him in my home to take care of my heating and air-conditioning needs, and I appreciate him very much. Also, Edwin, Went over the purchase of my new furnace and gave me great discounts. I feel very confident that I am going to get the best service. Edwin was a consummate professional, and I felt very much at ease having him in my home. I couldn’t praise them enough. I am very happy with my experience.

From start to finish, our technician Jammie was outstanding. Not only told me what was going on, she showed me. Explained everything coherently and in terms I could understand. Her work was flawless and she presented multiple options for the problem, along with a professionalism that was second-to-none. She provided answers to every question, never complained, and was comfortable and confident in her abilities to get us back up and running. I would call her again for anything HVAC related and would recommend her and One Hour with my highest appreciation. A job well done that exceeded every expectation in my more than 20 years as a homeowner.

One Hour Heating & Air service was great. They came out the same day I called, and they kept me informed of the technician’s arrival when they found out he would be delayed due to another job. Our technician was Dale, and he was wonderful. Super nice guy but also informative, answered all our questions and gave us a quote on the spot. He even set up a hold for an appointment next week, so we could get the work done ASAP. We have a few other moving pieces we need to handle before we can get the work started but very happy with the service so far.

Wonderful from start to finish. Despite a very excited dog and a toddler. Personable. Efficient. Gave very good suggestions for a few fixes we could make as a preventive for possible future issues, was able to show me pictures she took while in the attic so I had a decent understanding of what she was explaining as the husband usually handles these things. Overall highly recommend this specific technician (jamiee dudley) as we have had previous from the same company, that were good/fine, but she was much more informative if you will. So thank you! Hope your boss sees this and gives ya a paid day off 😋 wishful thinking 😂
