Mark was so kind to explain the possible culprits in our broken gas dryer. Before he was scheduled to come, I was able to fix my dryer myself. Without his guidance I would not have tried. He knows so much about appliances and definitely saved me from having to purchase a new machine. He didn’t even take a payment for his expert advice. Definitely will call him before looking to get a new machine for any appliance in my house.

Mark recently repaired our washer we never thought could be fixed. He didnt try to sell me any parts that we didn’t need. He explained what was wrong before he ordered anything.
