Working with Floor Coverings International was a great experience from start to finish. Rena was straightforward, personable, and communicative throughout the entire process—from the initial quote to the completion of the project. She was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The project was for my first floor to include the living room, kitchen, main entrance hallway and half bathroom. The job was completed efficiently in just a day and a half, and the results were outstanding. Dale and Sergio did an amazing job with the installation—professional, skilled, and thorough. Not the lowest price; however, the seri e was exceptional. Our job was not easy. In fact, I was horrible. The guys came in and knocked out the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be any happier.

I had my carpets installed recently by this company. The consultation appointment was easy to schedule and they showed up ready with knowledge and samples. My carpets were installed within a week. Rena was there before installation and showed up multiple times throughout the day to make sure there were no issues. Any issue that did arise, she handled quickly and professionally. The company really makes you feel taken care of! I would hire again and I highly recommend.

I had high hopes with FCI, lots of great reviews. Rena was great and responsive from the beginning to the end. Unfortunately, that’s where it stopped for this company. This was a THREE DAY job, however the flooring crew was in a tremendous hurry and made amateur mistakes, miss cuts, lose risers, and random bullnose cuts on the baseboards, along with little triangle pieces to fill in baseboards that were sloppily done. They also didn’t replace a door stop for my front door, which resulted in a hole in my wall. The repair attempt on that was absolutely atrocious and amateur at best. They were “finished in TWO DAYS, they said they would come back on the third day to fix all of the mistakes and they were a no show, no call, I wasted a day that I could have worked.. once that was sorted out, th
