Stephen brought samples to our house twice to find a perfect match to our existing hardwood in the rest of the house, provided an affordable and competitive estimate that came right on point, set up a quick and convenient installation (completed in one day), and he addressed and fully resolved all the issues to ensure we were completely happy. Floor Creations was recommended by a co-worker so I took her advice and decided to give them a try for a small bathroom job. That was a mistake. I was told the installer would be there at a certain time; he was 90 minutes late. When he arrived, he had the wrong product, and said even if he did have the right product he couldn't put it down that day because he didn't have the plywood he needed on the truck. To say I was upset and disappointed is an understatement. I wasted time off of work for nothing and when I called the office and spoke with Thomas, he didn't offer anything for the error or inconvenience.He was the one who put the order in wrong in the first place! I later asked for a full refund of my deposit and here it is almost three weeks later and I still do not have my money back.

The owner of this business said that I was unreasonable because I expected them to show up when they said they would TWICE. I canceled my order. He then said F*** you and hung up on me.
