Got laminate laid in our house before moving in. We weren’t living in Dandridge yet so didn’t see the finish product until a week after he was done. He charged $4500 for 1,000 sq ft and did an absolute terrible job. Dale sent us pictures when he finished and it looked great from the pictures until we saw it in person. An inch of dirt everywhere on the floor, huge nails laying everywhere, carpet from the bedroom he ripped up sticking out of our new laminate flooring, he cracked our baseboards, ripped the paint and sheetrock off the walls all over the house above the baseboards because he didn’t scribe along the baseboard before taking them off. Bo & James did a fantastic job on our floors! We had carpet that was installed by a previous owner incorrectly removed and beautiful plank flooring installed. We will definitely use Floor Creations again when we update our kitchen, laundry and baths! My husband & I are very happy customers!

Rebecca at Floor Creations was great at getting everything picked out and set up. Orlando did a wonderful job installing the bedroom carpet to perfection and even vacuumed before putting the furniture back! Dale and Bonnie installed my beautiful kitchen floor, answered questions and even told me what to use to clean it. And swept everything before they replaced the furniture. I would highly recommend anyone here. Thank you for a job well done and beautiful floors.

Rebecca was really helpful working with us and just absolutely awesome. Dale came and installed our floors done on time and are really happy with the look of the floor. Very professional all the way around and definitely will be using these great folks again.
