Lakeshore Fiberglass Pools

I had Lakeshore install our fiberglass pool over last winter, and they did it in the middle of our new home build. There team did a wonderful job, and the communication and follow up from Tom and Eddie was top notch. We were highly pleased with our end product and their entire crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They worked around our home build and a lot of chaos, and were very cooperative. They are even coming back to show us how to winterize. Great Team and Great job guys. Highly recommend this company. We love our pool and the beautiful limestone decking they installed for us.

Lakeshore Pools/Tom Rodenborn (owner) installed our fiberglass pool in 2008. We chose fiberglass over other pool types for well-documented reasons. Before starting the process with Lakeshore Pools I checked reviews and spoke with several of Tom’s former clients. I found nothing negative and everyone I spoke with spoke very highly of Tom and his crew. Lakeshore installed our pool with in-floor cleaning system and electric heat pump (we love both), a retaining wall with French drain, a paver sidewalk with drains that lead to our storm drain, and assembled/installed outdoor kitchen cabinets that we purchased through one of Tom’s suppliers. I met Tom 4 years ago when we were looking to install a pool in our backyard. We met with 5-6 pool installer. We really were impressed of Tom on how honest and trustworthy he was from the beginning. We were hesitant in getting a Viking pool initially, because we were not necessarily happy with the shape of pools they had for our backyard. However, from all the installers we met, Tom was the only one we felt we could trust. The installation went very smoothly and we had no complications with our install and Tom's workers were very respectful of our property and our wishes. We continue to use Tom for maintenance of our pool which means he comes in the spring to open the pool and comes in the the fall to close the pool. After 4 years, Tom treats my family like an extension of his own.

My wife and I hired Tom Rodenborn of Lakeshore Pools Inc. in October, 2012, to supply and install an inground fiberglass swimming pool in our backyard. We decided on a certain week for the construction so that I could take a week’s vacation to landscape during the construction. Unbelievably, the week before the install, a thief stole our pool shell and Tom’s trailer. Tom went to extraordinary lengths to get another shell manufactured, get another large trailer and drive back to Virginia to pick up the pool to keep the install on schedule knowing I had already planned my vacation. The complete installation took six days which Tom estimated it would take with no additional costs or charges. Tom and his men were very professional and kept the disturbance to our yard to a minimal area. In
