I would actually give a zero if I could. My home warranty sent this company out they have been to my property no less than 5 times since April 1st. I just found out today they were authorized and my home warranty purchased a TXV Value that was picked up by J & J, they reported it was installed! They NEVER replaced the Value and another company has to complete a job they received the part for and got paid to do that they LIED and never did. I hope you lose your contract with 1st American for being crooks!! I will never allow them in either of my properties again.

Called this morning Sunday July 2, 2023 and spoke to Joe about an issue with our AC unit. He said he would be out within the hour and he was. Very professional and a knowledgeable honest person. Had the AC up and running in 15 minutes. This is the second issue iv had on a weekend and were resolved quickly. Cool in my home once again. And the rate was very reasonable.

Joe responded to my call right away. He came to check my furnace within 45 minutes. He methodically checked everything zeroing in to what the problem was. Lucky for me it was something he could fix right away at a very reasonable way. He also gave me several pointers on how to use my heating system. He called me the next day to see if the furnace was working efficiently. He is honest and told me he likes to help people. We need more people like him in the world today. I am so thankful and highly recommend Joe for all your heating and cooling needs.

We called J&J Heat & Air concerning heating issues in our home. He answered the phone right away. He came out the same day and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. It was very cold and we were so grateful to be in the heat again. Joe is very knowledgeable, humble and friendly. His prices were very reasonable. We have had issues with our air conditioning two times this summer [2018] and, of course, both issues happened on a Saturday. We called J & J and Joe came right out to inspect and service our unit, which got us up and running on a very hot summer evening! Joe even gave us a follow-up call the next day [Sunday] to check in and see if our air conditioning was still running! Our second issue [again on Saturday] ended up being that the fan motor in our furnace had died. Joe was able to quickly and accurately identify the issue and worked hard to resolve the problem. Once we received the new fan motor, Joe quickly installed it and was able to get us a refund due to the part being under warranty.
