Designer ShaMar P is a godsend. I was overwhelmed and she took the wheel. She made months of stress disappear in one visit. Her eye for design was excellent. She knows that whole store, the materials and the quality. She gave me a bit of her history so I know she knows exactly what she is doing. It’s amazing how professional, focused and knowledgeable she and the staff here in Buford. The entire team is great. I’d give a 10 out of 10 for what they created for my family.

I recently visited the Floor and Decor store at the Mall of Georgia, and I can't express how impressed I am with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Lorraine was absolutely fantastic—her knowledge and expertise made all the difference. She patiently guided me through the options and helped me choose the perfect tile for my bathroom. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for her work made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to Lorraine, I found exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend this store and especially Lorraine for anyone needing help with their home projects. Five stars all the way!

One of if not the Greatest store in the chain. Mary Grace and Jeff always go above and beyond to cater to my needs. Great pricing on a huge selection! Always treat my customers with respect and helping them to accomplish there goals and make selections. This place is a great resource for any general contractor that does not have time to handle every individual selection appointment in person

Gigantic store with huge selections. We've been to Floor & Decor in 5 states in the last couple of months to look for tiles, and this one is definitely the biggest so far. Very friendly staff that are really helpful. We'll be back!
