This store sold defective flooring and doesn't want to accommodate with a box thats not defective. I brought $1300.00 in flooring. Beware and check all the boxes before you leave. They dont care about your time or money spent.

If you need floor, this is your spot. Everything from plain to exotic. Remarried was such a great help, very informative and knowledgeable about products. He even got me a wheel chair when I couldn't go further due to a boot on my foot. They deserve a ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.

This is the BEST store to go to for all things bathroom related. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even the lovely store manager stepped in to help when I was looking quite lost among all the choices! The star of the day though goes to a fabulous woman named Ivy Gilbert. I explained my need to redo my master shower/bathroom due to a water leak and that I was not creatively inclined to envision anything, much less tile, grout, flooring, etc. She had the best suggestions, putting together a gorgeous plan I could never have dreamed of (ha!). The finished product is just stunning and I absolutely love it. Everyone has been quite impressed with the finished look and I most happily point them in Ivy/Floor & Decor's direction. Go see them - you cannot go wrong!

I love this place!!!! So many beautiful choices!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to find everything for our flooring and bathrooms for a great deal! Can’t wait to go back for our next project!
