First of all, I’d like to praise Rudy, a sales associate working here. What a great help she was. Not to mention her dedication to helping us pick out tiles for this bathroom job. She even stayed past closing for a few to help us complete the order. Thanks a lot, Rudy! You are appreciated. Keep this woman working and give her a raise. They also have a great selection of tiles here. No bullnose tiles to my knowledge.

Alexandra and Sophia was so helpful. They worked with me for over three hours not once but twice to get everything perfect for my bathroom. I will be back for more renovations once the bathroom is completed and will only use Alexandra and Sophia not only were they patient, They genuinely cared what my bathroom result would look like. Every establishment should have employees as these two, and I hope that they get recognized for their dedication to the consumer and the company.

I want to praise Naomi, Eddie and Serena for the pleasurable experience I had at Cortland Floor and Decor. I arrived with poor measurements, uncertainty and a general feeling being overwhelmed. Their patience and professionalism turned it all around to become relaxed and enjoyable. Because it led to a great purchase, I am very grateful for their help.

I wanted to purchase form here but they have no sustainability processes for harder to sell materials that potentially could still be given a life for those of us that don't need perfection in every tile. But after calling and asking them, its clear that it was not even something they'd ever even thought of! Which is absolutely mindboggling in 2026. Why are places like this comfortable just throwing everything in the trash? yuck.

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but my daughter encouraged me to share my experience, and I feel it is well deserved. When I first arrived at the store today, I will admit I was frustrated. The product I came in for was not fully in stock, and I may not have been in the best of moods. The young associate assisting me was very polite and promptly brought over the manager I requested. A gentleman named Domenick came over, and from the moment he began speaking with me, the tone of the entire visit changed. He handled my concerns with genuine professionalism and courtesy. He explained that since the store is not yet fully opened, certain items were still in the process of arriving. Instead of brushing off my frustration, he acknowledged it and provided immediate solutions.
